Toleration (300-600AD)

As Christianity is legalised and the Roman Empire crumbles, the church enjoys newfound fruitfulness.  Doctrine is clarified, and the Gospel spreads.  At the same time, new dangers emerge – false teaching gains influence and unbiblical rituals are accepted by many.  The message for us is clear: hold tightly to Scripture and be wary of worldly influence!
