Anniversary Service

St. Giles is 148 years old. On Sunday November 30th at 11pm there will be a special anniversary service followed by a bring and share Lunch

 

 

 

 

Sunday Services

The NIV version of the bible is used in all our services.

11-00 All Age Worship

The Morning Service  lasts about an hour. The service is. intended to be inclusive of all ages.  We aim to worship God in song and prayer, learn from his word, and be encouraged in our Christian faith.  The services are always informal and there are facilities for those with babies.  We use a mixture of modern and traditional music.  Sunday school children's groups are also provided unless it is an altogether service. The Lord's supper is celebrated on the first Sunday of the  month.  Tea and coffee is shared after the service. 

12-30 All Age Teaching

A chance for the congregation to meet in groups and study  further the bible passage and to have a time of prayer. 

4-00 Traditional Service

On the first Sunday of every month we have a traditional Hymn Sandwich style service .

6-30 Informal Service  

Our evening service  emphasis is  on more in depth teaching and open worship. . 

Especially for youth on first Sunday.
